Golden week festival ( kodomo no Hi fesival ) which organized by JAFA was held at Cowandilla primary school in Adelaide city on 3rd of May.As member of JAFA,We participated in this festival. This festival has been held last over 10 years,which is one of biggest Japan-related event in South Australia.

Many people who are interested in Japan visited this festival on the day.JAFA set up variety of stall and activity. for example: Japanese food stall,calligraphy,tea ceremoney booth etc...so that people can enjoy to taste Japanese food and also try Japanese culture.They also give a opportunity to people to be aware of Japanese culture through exhibition and program on stage such a dancing,playing music as well.  Tsuchinoyado sold Japanese origami paper craft and our owner "Hiroko Kimura" her work (book,DVD,T-shirt). It was great opportunity to let people know about our Bed and Breakfast.               We are going to join this event next year. If you have some interest, you are most welcome to join this event!
